Shipping policy

At Studio Morilly, I prepare your order with much care. Because I also work part-time as an employee in addition to my illustration work, I have a generous processing time.
Shipping Location
All orders are shipped from the Netherlands.
Processing Time
Stock products (such as cards, stickers, mugs, etc.): are usually shipped within 3 to 7 business days.
Custom-made products (such as personalized illustrations): these have a longer processing time. You will always receive a personalized estimate by email or during the checkout process, depending on the complexity and the waiting list.
I do my best to ship orders as quickly as possible.
Shipping Costs
Shipping costs are automatically calculated at checkout and depend on size, weight, and destination.
Within the Netherlands: from €3.65
Europe: from €4.95
Outside Europe: Prices are based on the carrier's provided shipping cost information
Free shipping may be offered for orders over a certain amount. Keep an eye on the website or newsletter for current promotions!
Delivery time after shipment
Netherlands: usually within 1-3 business days
Europe: average 3-10 business days
International: average 7-21 business days
Please note: these are estimates. Postal delays can sometimes occur, especially around holidays or peak periods.
Import Duties and Customs Fees
For orders shipped outside the Netherlands (for example, to the United States), the package may be inspected by customs upon arrival. In some cases, import duties, taxes, or clearance fees may be charged.
These fees are determined by the destination country and are independent of Studio Morilly. Any additional costs are the buyer's responsibility.
Unfortunately, I have no control over these fees and cannot predict the exact amount or duration of these fees. If in doubt, please contact your country's customs office for more information.

Problems with shipping?
Has your order not arrived after 10 business days (within the Netherlands), or did something arrive damaged? Please contact us within 7 days of receipt at studiomorilly@gmail.com with your order number and, if applicable, a photo. We will work together to find a suitable solution.
