At Studio Morilly, satisfaction is our top priority. Do you have a problem with your order? We're happy to work with you to find a suitable solution. Read below what you can expect.

Returns are not possible for personalized products.
Custom-made products (such as personalized illustrations or custom orders) cannot be returned or refunded. These products are custom-made for you and are not covered by the right of withdrawal.

Do you have a problem or are you dissatisfied with a custom-made product? Please contact us – I'd be happy to see if I can help.

Received a damaged or incorrect product?
This shouldn't happen. Is there something wrong with your order? Please contact us within 7 days of receipt, including clear photos and your order number. I will then send you a replacement product or offer you another suitable solution.

Complaints Procedure
If you have a complaint about a Studio Morilly product or service, you can submit it to us in writing at studiomorilly@gmail.com or via the contact form on the website. Studio Morilly handles all complaints carefully and will respond to your complaint within 14 days of receipt.

If possible, Studio Morilly will offer a suitable solution, such as an adjustment, replacement, or refund. Our goal is to resolve complaints as quickly and efficiently as possible.

Complaints must be submitted in writing within 7 days of receiving the product or discovering the problem. If a complaint is submitted later, Studio Morilly may decide to process it, but is not obligated to do so.

Returning Stock Products
Not completely satisfied with your purchase? You may return stock products (such as cards, stickers, and mugs) within 30 days of receipt, provided the product is unused, undamaged, and in its original condition.

1. Register your return by email: studiomorilly@gmail.com

2. Include your order number and reason for return (brief text is also acceptable).

3. After confirmation, you can return the product at your own expense.

4. Once the product has been received, you will receive a refund within 14 business days.

Please note: Shipping costs are only refunded if the return is the result of an error on my part (for example, an incorrect or damaged product).

 

Return Address
You will receive the return address by email once your return has been registered. Please remember to include your name and order number with the shipment.
